All our teas have a shelf life of around two years but their freshness will decrease over time. It is recommended that all teas are enjoyed within the first 6 to 8 months of the flush.

To keep your tea as fresh as possible for as long as possible, we suggest storing it in a dark, airtight container at room temperature. This will also protect it from contaminating odours.

No, herbal teas are a different product. They are an infusion solely made of blends of dried herbs, leaves, flowers, fruits, roots and spices, they are naturally caffeine free.

The best part? On top of being delicious they give you the health benefits of the plants they contain. 

They are all unique in their formulations, how and where they grow and how they are produced.

The provenance of the herbs is extremely important. At Meadow, we use UK sourced ingredients from suppliers who are committed to quality. Our herbs are organic, grown in an environmentally friendly way and ethically sourced.

Herbal teas are naturally caffeine free, they are a good way of reducing your caffeine intake while maintaining good hydration.

Our herbal teas give you all the health benefits of the natural components they contain.  For example, the lemon balm in our Uplift tea helps with stress relief, reduction of anxiety  and can increase mental awareness. The lime flowers in our Relax tea encourage mental and physical relief, promote relaxation and help you to sleep restfully. Herbal teas are full of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, they are great for hydration and offer protective nutrients.

There is no limit to the number of cups a person can drink in a day. Our infusions are naturally caffeine free and of the highest quality so you can indulge yourself with as many as you want everyday. And it keeps your hydration levels up!

We are not big fans of dairy products or sugar ourselves and our teas taste so good that we wouldn’t put anything in them but if you have a sweet tooth, a spoonful of Manuka honey in your cup might be just what you need. 

You can drink herbal tea anytime you fancy a cuppa. However, depending on which blend you are drinking, some moments might be more appropriate.

For example, the Digest tea is best enjoyed after a heavy meal and the Relax tea, one hour before bed when you start dimming the lights and getting in your night time routine.

Our range of herbal teas are unique in their formulations (designed and approved by a naturopath and master herbalist) and by the extremely high quality of the raw ingredients used in the blends. All our feedback has been full of praise, we would love to hear yours.
