We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we can’t think why you wouldn’t be. But just in case, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original saleable condition (with proof of purchase). A refund will be made in its original payment method or credit will be awarded. Please note that perishable products such as food, perfumes and toiletries are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Additionally, please be aware that if you wish to receive a refund for items purchased online we do not cover the cost to return these items to us.


If you order before 5 pm, your order will usually be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days between 8 am and 9 pm. We ship all domestic orders with Hermes.


We currently ship to most European and some Non EU countries including:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany , Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland , Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.

We ship international orders with DHL, usually within 10 business days. Shipping to non- European countries can take up to 21 days.


Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once an order reaches your country. We do not cover any additional charges for customs clearance these must be paid for by you (we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be). 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
